In 1812, Leroux was an Editor of Journal de Medecine with Corvisart and Boyer,

In 1823, Leroux was a Professor at the Paris Hospital, and he was forced to retire, suspected of liberal or Bonapartiste leanings.

In 1836, Leroux was practicing at La Chapelle la Reine,

In 1846, Leroux contributed statistics to The British Journal of Homeopathy regarding 182 cases of pneumonia cured with homeopathy,

In 1855, Leroux published a paper on dilutions from Cette.

In 1857, Leroux published the results of his homeopathic treatment of cholera, and at this time he was practicing in Cette. (These results were also published in L’Art Medical),

Leroux submitted cases and articles to various homeopathic publications.
