Charles Cospatrick Archibald Douglas Home 13th Earl of Home 1873 – 1951, was the father of British Conservative Prime Minister , Alec Douglas Home.

Charles Douglas Home was invited to be Honorary President of the Scottish Lay Homeopathic Association; and he also opened the Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital in Autumn 1931, Heal Thyself 1932,

Charles was born in 1873, the son of Charles Douglas Home 12th Earl of Home. On 14 July 1902, he married Lady Lillian Lambton, daughter of the 4th Earl of Durham and they had seven children:

He was appointed a Knight of the Thistle in 1930.
